My Turn Skill System by Coach Sullivan

The My Turn system is one of the first progression system designed for basketball. It will evaluate your current skill levels and determine which skills you should focus on next. The My Turn system is for both beginners and professionals and will make you a better player.

How To Use My Turn Basketball

Professional, to your beginner basketball player, should print the L1 skills outline. Then, go to the youtube page and view the skills you plan to work on, or self evaluate (please subscribe to the channel). Learn the details and start your self evaluation for the level. Continue to practice the skills until you master them and then gradually start implementing the next level. Self evaluate at your own pace.  More videos will be uploaded and the levels are a constant work in progress.

The internet is filled with people uploading skills, drills, and more, but no order. As a player you should have an idea of what skills you should learn first and then build onto that foundation.

Mastering a level may take years to accomplish: Tell Yourself "It's My Turn"
